Carey Donaldson

It was through an apparent need for student loan assistance that Carey Donaldson, Founder, started NewBeginnings Spokane LLC. Her commitment and passion for student loan advocacy and consulting was the driving force behind the creation of a business that has provided peace of mind, essential knowledge and opportunities for loan forgiveness for the past six years.
Carey has always been inspired by the desire to develop relationships based on trust, integrity and commitment. This desire began on the soccer field at Loyola Marymount University where she competed at the collegiate level. Upon graduation, with a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies and emphasis in Biology, Carey found her way into the classroom as an educator. Her passion quickly grew into leadership and she completed her Master's in Education at Washington State University, Actively participating in various leadership roles and intently listening to colleagues , she heard the frustration and impact the student loan epidemic was having on many. This was Carey's call to action.
NewBeginnings Spokane manifested from the great need for student loan advocacy. For over six years, her mission has been to prioritize establishing trust, providing individualized expertise, and the commitment to being each client's student loan advocate from start to finish. Carey and NewBeginning Spokane's success has come from a fierce desire to fulfill it's mission daily through transparency, integrity, ethical business practices and real results.

Riley Hildebrand : Client Relations Director

Riley Hildebrand began her professional career, with NewBeginnings, as our Lead Processor in March 2022. She quickly aligned with NewBeginnings mission, vision and purpose. This position exposed her to the critical work required for student loan borrowers. Following three successful months in processing, she accepted the Client Relations Director which allowed Riley to showcase her strengths.
Riley has always been passionate about leadership and relationship building. During high school, Riley was selected as Captain for both Ferris High Schools’ womens soccer team and cheer squad. She thrived as a leader valuing all, including all, and inspiring all.
Following graduation in 2020, Riley attended Arizona State University for two years as a Business Major. She moved back to Spokane, Washington and enrolled at Eastern Washington with the same degree emphasis. Accepting the Lead Processor position with NewBeginnings, in March 2022, Riley quickly aligned with NewBeginnings’ mission, vision and purpose for all student loan borrowers. Following three successful months in processing, Riley accepted the Client Relations Director and changed her Major to Entrepreneurship in order to follow her passions in customer relations, business leadership and business development.
